Creating a Pas de Deux
Choosing Fate premiered in Glade Dance Collective’s NACHMODC 2/18/23 at Atlas Performing Arts Lang Theater. Rap Artist Clifford Cartel composed the music and Vigorous Roots artists DeAunna Blackwell and Nilton Rodney Medina danced this dynamic pas de deux. Come see them perform this piece again inside Clifford Cartel’s Smithsonian Anacostia Museum Utopic Words Show April 1st 2-4pm where he will be premiering original music with his band and a new song release.
