After our successful first international cultural exchange in Japan with Sylvana Christopher, Rachel Lawal and Deanna Woodman having performed and danced with several dance companies at Shinkupuji Temple, SylviDances is back at it again performing an extended version of “Pebbles at a River’s Edge” for seven dancers including Grace Cannon, Rachel Lawal, Maggie Lockhart, Deanna Woodman and Tam Phan-Nyugen.

SHOWS: Saturday August 29th at 8:00pm, Sunday 2:30pm and 6:30pm. Shows are located at Dance Institute of Washington 3400 14th St. NW. Limited parking available. All attendees are invited to join dancers and choreographers for a series of workshops including Zazen meditation, Nihon Buyo, and Contact Improvisation.
